Sparks is also very particular about his philanthropic contributions and helps homeless people in Texas through a shelter called The Samaritan Inn. He is part of the mission of the shelter from the 80s, and currently, it houses 160 residents and providing them an average stay of five months. During the stay, each resident receives counseling, health programs, financial education, job placement, and family services to make them employed.
